T3:Now – simplifying the complex challenges of payments innovation

Managing any payments system is complicated, and it is becoming harder to innovate.  The slow rollout of new technology is partly caused by the technical challenges facing large financial institutions. The cost of implementing digital transformation is growing, with so much dependency on legacy infrastructure. The complexity of ensuring that the old and the new works in harmony is also causing problems for those managing payments systems.

Iliad is in the process of rolling out our latest development – t3:Now. We are inviting a small group of industry experts to provide feedback as we ready the system for launch.

Anthony Walton, our CEO explains:

“As developers, our aim is to create products that simplify and assist with digital transformation, whether that’s the adoption of ISO20022, Open Banking, OpenAPIs or Real-Time payments. We have been pioneering the most effective test tools available since we developed a specific version of t3 to help UK banks launch Faster Payments in the UK back in 2008.”

T3:Now provides everything you would expect from Iliad’s world-leading test tools and allows you to select the specific components relevant to your project. The development of t3:Now has been guided by changes in the industry and the needs of developers.

Anthony explains:

“t3:Now enables you to select the precise solution you need for your project and your budget. It is a cloud-based system so you can pick and choose the precise elements you need.  And rather than hiring more people to run a costly, manual process, you can quickly switch on t3:Now and automate. This reduces the operational risk and costs of the project.”

New features

There are a range of new features available:

  • a new user interface and a more intuitive experience. This means it is easier to access and use the system.
  • you can be up and running in days
  • you can switch the services on when you need them
  • it is scalable, which means it grows with your requirements

Be part of a movement trying to improve payment testing

Research by Capgemini and Sogeti has shown that organisations are ploughing around 40% of their budgets into hardware and infrastructure and over 35% on test tools.

With t3:Now, take greater control of costs and reduce the expenditure on new projects.
