Creating a mindset for success

To help financial institutions understand what this entails, Iliad Solutions has teamed up with some of the finest minds in the industry for a special webinar on Wednesday, 5th November at 13:00 GMT.

Hosted by seasoned tech executive, banker in recovery and author Leda Glyptis, this insights-rich session will take in viewpoints from Iliad Solutions’ Anthony Walton, Andi Howkins from Shieldpay, and Swift’s Philip Benton.
Leda will probe our experts on three key areas of migration friction, namely:

  1. How indecision, anxiety and the crushing weight of responsibility can curse projects before they’ve even started.
  2. The impact of common planning flaws, such as trying to manage too many variables and exhausting political capital rather than simply getting on with the job.
  3. How to overcome unforeseen challenges late in projects when there is little budget or appetite for a change of course.

The panel will also explore the foundations of agility and how a strategic approach to testing and certification can treat both the symptoms and causes of common industry pain points.
